What is CEO for One Month?

The program, gives tertiary students the opportunity to shadow our Adecco Group Australia CEO, Rafael Moyano for one month, travelling Australia, presenting on key topics, participating in Senior leadership meetings and beyond.

This opportunity is a once in a lifetime experience which will give you uncensored insight into the daily workings of a CEO at a Fortune 500 company. They offer staff international experience and encompass top brands including Adecco, Modis, Spring Professional and the newest brand – General Assembly.

Why Nominate for CEO For One Month?

As CEO for One Month, no day will be the same. You will be in a different city each week, present to top level executives in the morning and then be volunteering with one of our charity partners in the afternoon. You will meet hundreds of people, get access to brilliant business minds and gain business knowledge no one in your position would normally gain.

If successful in being the Australian CEO for One Month, after your month in Australia, you will be in the running for the global position against 47 other countries. If chosen, you spend three days in a boot camp as part of the final 10. If you are selected the winner, you will spend October shadowing the Global CEO – travelling the world, experiencing top level meetings – they will ask your opinion and get your advice – you won’t just be a fly on the wall. The insights you will receive in this experience will not be comparable, to anything, anywhere. Once you complete this journey – the opportunities are literally endless.
